2 – Enshrine real **Equal Parenting** within GLOBAL Family Law and Social Policy BEFORE tinkering further with any Law and Social Policy.
**Equal Parenting** NEEDS to be the foundation of any future tinkering with GLOBAL FAMILY Law and Social Policy for there to be any chance of arresting FAMILY Violence, Suicide, and many other disasters that stem from generations of destructive FAMILY Law and Social Policy.
Simply put there would be a lot less to FIGHT about, profit on, or cause litigation or Govt funded Child Snatching.
Be very careful NOT to indulge the Far Right with their version of **Equal Parenting** brought to us by Muriel Newman, Act and many others outside my homeland, New Zealand. If the World does indulge their form of **Equal Parenting** the mid to less fortunate will be worse off as they are with NZLabours so called **Working for FAMILIES** package delivered to us thru WINZ, NZ’s Social Welfare.
3 – Rid ourselves of ALL the Anti-**Whole Natural Biological FAMILY** brigade within New Zealand and GLOBAL Members of Parliaments, Universities, Bureaucracy and even more important, the Men and their FAMILYS movement.
Some personal history which is a reflection of 100’s of thousands of NZFamily’s.
I am by Court Order a **HandsOnEqualParent** by hard won Self Litigation FAMILY Court Orders destroyed by Gender Bias MSD-WINZ never supporting my Son while I tried on a SINGLE PERSONS Invalid Benefit because of Heart, Reflux, and now diabetic, troubles – Yet WINZ supported MOTHER on FULL Domestic Purposes Benefit, (DPB) and still do, including ALL support for our Son yet he was with me Week ABOUT for NINE years.
Let alone the ABUSE from the 6/7 New Zealand GateKeepers-White Ants on MENZ, Paul’s News as I tried to get them to see the damage being done by MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ (New Zealand’s CPS and Social Welfare) to 1000′s of FAMILIES was more damaging than so called Child Support and Family Court put together.
Let alone the even more ABUSE from the NZ 6/7 GateKeepers-White Ants on MENZ and Paul’s News as I tried to get them to see the damage that Muriel Newman’s Far Right version of **Equal Parenting** would do if it became Law. Sadly Jim Bagnall and I had gathered 1000’s of signatures all thru the North Island before we realised the damage this Bill would have done.
YES my relationship with my Son Javan is shaky, but I HOPE and it seems on the mend in spite of, his Mother, her NON CHRISTian religious Church mates and MSD-WINZ efforts to destroy us – He does the lawns here in return for much time on the internet (Checked and securely monitored Daily), good dinners, and Father & Son stuff as we build again and he matures to see the truth of damage forced upon us by those above – How to feed him on my very limited resources, let alone the internet cost I have know idea – Its in Gods hands while we continue the FIGHT with Gender Bias MSD-WINZ to recognize our FAMILY Court Ordered **Equal Parenting** gained in 1997.
Yes many a God centred miracle we lasted 9 years of **Equal Parenting** with NO help from WINZ – NZ Social Welfare, especially after I took sick in mid 2000.
Like 1000’s of other Kiwi’s FAMILIES suffer NZFamily Law, Social Policy, the makers and purveyors of it. Let alone the destructive effects of our so called Men and their FAMILIES Movement made ineffective by the 6/7 GateKeepers -/- White Ants who pontificate in TalkFeasts on the internet from comfortable homes leaving us on the front line to do the hard yards toward change for the better.

I am sure there are people out there who like your mail-outs. I didn’t mind them until you attacked 2 other websites which I consider OK and make posts on. By doing this you declared me and everyone I associate with online, as enemies to you. Since we are your enemies, you shouldn’t want to have us on your database.

I’ve never seen or heard anyone attack you without being a defence to your attacks.
I don’t know what happened to your botherings. I know Jim Bagnall has other things going on and Paul is moving on. I know JohnP and his wife are doing things as well as Kerry Bevin.

I have my own group outside of the menz website and I have my own goals. They have nothing to do with what you are doing so we won’t get in your way nor be a threat to your movement.

You may have your own opinions with regards to Jim’s Actions .However i feel Jim’s actions are genuine and in favor to what he believes in. I am very proud and honored to stand with Jim on the front line as we are in negotiation with CYFS for mens and children’s rights to be heard in the systems,on behalf of all that are concerned with regards to our families being destroyed. We wish you could join us on the front line however i understand that other commitments and passions prevent you from doing so. With saying that we are looking at organizing a north island campaign very soon and would like as much support as possible, as New Zealand government are standing up and looking at what we are fighting for. We are looking and arguing about the same thing however by coming together we can make a change to our laws in new Zealand that are beneficial to the men and children of new Zealand.

Jim used to be a powerful force for the mens movement. Somewhere he lost the plot. There have been times I have doubts as to his samity!
We are attempting to achieve the same thing. Go CYFSTALK and see our goal. We do our fighting with site managers, in the family court, support and preperation for FGC’s, and our repute is growing – not as a rabble but with respect.

Somewhere the GateKeepers – White Ants, lost empathy with me as I struggled with several disabilities, thus lack of resourses to Father my Son – Because of the GateKeepers-White Ants superior arrogance there was very little support from the so called Mens Movement.

Below are Dan Ryder and my thoughts on where our future meetings with CYFS hierarchy need to head.
We will meet again with CYFS pending MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ politically sometime early in May. Dan-Ryder is meeting with CYFS personally today @ 10am while we DEMOSTRATE outside CYFS Takapuna.
Dan Ryder, Kerry Bevin, George and partner fly to Christchurch this coming Sunday for Demonstrations in Christchurch and then Parliament over the next week – Other DEMOs may be added pending time – They return in time for Tuesday weeks scheduled Demonstration at Takapuna CYFS.
Before the next political meeting with CYFS, Dan and I hope to add YOUR thoughts to the list of points below to be brought forward.
Thanks to advice from Di Vivian of Grand Parents Raising Grand Children and Graeme Axford from Greymouth and others we move forward armed with their wisdom and experience.
We are aware of other groups of people negotiating on a personal level with CYFS and wish to honour their efforts – However **The Fight for Mens Rights in Welfare and Justice** group is here Primarily Politically toward the changes noted below.
These meetings will be as ongoing as our protests so if you want to be part of affecting the future with MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ we need your protest support Nation-Wide and then what your ideas and grievances are to add to this list.
If you live outside New Zealand or are incapable of getting too or starting your own CYFS, or any other NZGovt Edifice DEMONSTRATION we will accept your encouragement and input.
No physical protest support no input into the meetings or this Working with MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ – CPS document.
As we see things this morning.
1. We want guarantees of monthly grievance meetings in ALL CYFS offices with 3 or 4 of our appointed members and leading to all 3 points on Graeme Axford’s Petition ** CYF Independent Complaints Authority**. Visit http://www.graemea.snap.net.nz
2. Point one on petition; Establish an independent complaints system for Child, Youth and Family (CYF) separate from the Ministry of Social Development.
a. This is done with full public consultation.
b. This includes Provincial Panels of community members and other specialists from a Social work background.

3. Point two on petition; Panels meet as required, to investigate any complaints about the practices, procedures, actions or conduct of all staff working/contracted to CYF.
a. Investigations are carried out in a fair, just and timely manner.
b. CYF staff are compelled to cooperate with the Panel under oath or declaration.
c. Recommendations made by the Panels will be binding on CYF, but not remove other rights of redress available to the complainant.

4. Point three on petition; Independent support people are offered who can attend all meetings if desired by clients.
a. A free phone to register complaints is setup and that confirmation of these is given in writing.
b. Given the anonymity to make complaints, look into a way of guarding families against malicious complaints.
c. CYF staff make clients aware of the current standards of conduct, ethics and integrity, and these be publicly displayed in all CYF offices.

5. ALL Gender bias is removed from MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ.
6. **Equal Parenting** is enshrined as the minimum I. E. Mum and Dad are of **Equal** value to their own Children and all 4 Grand’s come a close 2nd above ALL MSD–CYFS -&- WINZ staff especially in FGC meetings.
7. **Equal Parenting** is recognised from conception and any Child funding is distributed according to the time the children spend with either Parent or Grand Parent by ALL MSD–CYFS -&- WINZ staff especially in FGC meetings.
8. Dan-R receives **Equal Parenting** of Jade including half of ALL Child Funding from WINZ and cessation of so called Child Support and CS Debt forced on him by the STEALING of his Daughter.
9. Jim-B receives WINZ refund of ALL Child allowances for his 9 years of FAMILY Court ordered **Equal Parenting** with NO Help from WINZ on a **Single Persons Invalid Benefit** in order to pull himself from debt and recover a good standard of living and the cessation of so called Child Support and so called CS debt forced on him by the gender bias within WINZ.
10. MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ drug test ALL staff and hierarchy on a six mouth schedule
11. Under NO circumstances will we allow MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ to use our Personal grievances to BLOCK our political aims for change in **FAMILY Law and Social Policy** nor the criteria that drives MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ
12. The Maori motive is removed from CYFS signs and stationery while the NZGovt continues to tear more Maori and other Polynesian FAMILIES apart than others.
13. ALL FAMILY Orientated signs and stationery be removed from CYFS insignia while they continue to tear our **Whole Natural FAMILIES ** apart.
14. We call on the CEO of CYFS, Ray Smith to resign as does Graeme Axford and others because of his promoting and complimenting the organisers of a show in Wellington. A ‘night out’ by Child Youth and Family Services in New Zealand, at a play featuring swearing and simulated orgasms.

More than a hundred young foster children – wards of the State – were treated to a ‘night out’ by Child Youth and Family Services in New Zealand, at a play featuring swearing and simulated orgasms.
What’s worse than CYF director Ray Smith endorsing this as appropriate entertainment for kids as young as six – he goes so far as to claim they all enjoyed it.
“I watched some of the little faces during the course of the show and the little kids were on the edge of their seats wondering if the wonderful acrobats were going to fall off their chairs and poles.”
Mr Smith hopes the children will look back and remember how much they enjoyed the outing.
So, this is the Government agency that investigates parents for child abuse if they so much as slap a child’s hand, yet somehow it is OK for CYFS to expose the kids they have seized to a play featuring simulated orgasms?
Smith, in my view you are an utter disgrace. You need to resign, and your Minister needs to front up. Another fine example of what happens when liberals impose their own morality on kids.

Pammela, you are right! Combined we could achieve so much! However from bitter experience with Mij over the years (Right back to PANIC) he appears only happy to be part of an organisation or grouping in which he can claim the honour and glory. It has been written “I came to serve – Not to be served”
If Jim could return to those days when he ran the Ration Shed (Another 1 man band) so well and accomplished so much New Zealand would be much richer.

It gives me no pleasure to expose those who have done much damage over many years to the so called New Zealand Men and their FAMILIES Movement. Years ago I thought most of them where friends until I discovered their true intentions.

WINZ Gender Bias continues to damage our FAMILY
1. My Son wants more time with me. But is BLOCKED by WINZ Gender Bias.
2. My situation has worsened medically. I believe much of my medical troubles relate directly to the Injustices discovered within NZFamily Law and Social Policy as I fought to Father my Son, from the day his Mother disappeared while pregnant with him.
3. My debt is increasing to unmanageable because of WINZ Gender Bias.
I don’t want Special Treatment by WINZ I simply want what is my and my Son’s Right in the legislation. In the FAMILY issues – Half of What is, WITHOUT Bias – and the clearing of debt created by WINZ Gender Bias. The debt being in Overdraft – Credit Card and so called Child Support.

2. Special Benefit review
As you will notice on the review – My medical condition has worsened, become more expensive, my debt is increasing, my teeth have needed urgent care for several years, which WINZ also refuse to fund and my Son Javan wants much more time with me. WINZ have offered to loan money to fund the repair of my teeth but this would have to be repaid at $10-15 per week which I simply don’t have to spare. My current available money for Food, Petrol and Javan is $25-00 per week.
Let alone WINZ Gender bias made personally very clear to me now over 10 years on a Single Persons Invalids Benefit by WINZ refusing to recognise our FAMILY Court Ordered **Equal Parenting** and thus NOT sharing the CHILD Resourses available thru WINZ, with me but WINZ funding ALL to Mother who does not share.
Let alone being forced to pay $25-0+ so called Child Support because of WINZ Gender Bias destroying our Family Court Ordered **Equal Parenting** and money earnt when tricked back to work against medical advise in the hope of maintaining our **Equal Parenting**. Peter Dunne has been helpful here in reducing the original claim to $25-0+ but the fact is – I should not be funding so called Child Support in the first place I should be **Equal Parenting** my Son as FAMILY Court Orders.
Let alone massive power increase.
WINZ have forced me to place my Son in the full time care of his MOTHER by their Gender Bias. Javan has been severely Under Fathered and missed out on much of his Paternal Family because of WINZ Gender Bias.
This has caused much confusion in my Son and my relationship and caused me much debt and considerably loss of quality of assets and normal comforts as I have used ALL I have to do what I can to Father him and draw attn to these destructive matters.
As time has gone on I have found many a Father and Child relationship damaged in similar fashion.
We survived 9 years of week about **Equal Parenting** but the hardship and frustrations caused by WINZ funding ALL Child Resourses to Mother and NOTHING for our Son to Father eventually forced my hand to place him full time with mother.

10 – Allowance for Children
Javan now 14 is often here for meals, internet use, and Fathering stuff. I need WINZ help to continue the re-growth of our relationship damaged by WINZ Gender Bias.
12 – Have I any cash assets?
I have much debt in Over Draft, Credit Card and so called Child Support, caused by WINZ Gender Bias as I attempted to Father my Son with NO help from WINZ.
13 – Have I any NON-Cash assets?
We have been reduced to a gifted car and household furniture due to WINZ Gender Bias as an attempt to raise funds to Father my Son.
14 – Living expenses and commitments for me and my Family
My biggest difficulty is paying back debt caused by WINZ Gender Bias over the 9 years of week about **Equal Parenting** with NO help from WINZ. – That help in today’s terms should have been about $100-00 per week or $200 the week he was with me – Having had Javan full time for about 3 months last year I am well aware of what I should get.
Because WINZ have refused to fund the upkeep of my teeth and on the odd occasion when they have forced me to use inferior dentists my teeth now need well in access of $3,000 worth of treatment – Half of it to repair inferior dentistry. WINZ are well aware of this. While I live on pain killers.
Javan is here for 4/5 meals a week and would be here a lot more given half a chance – I estimate that costs me about $50-0 extra a week – Let alone updating medicines that he needs that mother refuses to supply and the odd special time out like pictures, games etc. – He could not play soccer this year as I simply can’t afford it, nor the running around – All made worse by WINZ Gender Bias. So much for **Kids in Sport stay out of Court** – No doubt Mother has the money but alas a negative influence on his dearly loved Soccer.
The onset of diabetes was made clear over 12 years ago – I have managed to keep it in control much longer than most but it has now progressed to type 2 – Thus doctors visits and medical costs has virtually doubled.
15 – Individual circumstances
I have Ischaemic Heart Disease, Reflux hassles and now diabetes’s – I have successfully fought the onset of diabetes type 2 for over 12 years but it has finally come upon me and thus the extra Dr visits and medical costs.
The medical Fraternity have done great things and I am sure their best over 6/7 procedures and much advise and visits – Dr Hart says No more surgery for me as its to risky, having had a heart attack during the last procedure – Basically my heart has had enough of their tinkering and now we depend on Management by Medicine and my co-operation. Several areas of my heart need further stenting but that’s not a good idea other than in emergency.
Summing up
I still have much to give my Son as his Father and request the necessary help from WINZ to do that – As I say – I am not asking for special treatment I simply want the debt taken care of by WINZ as it was created by WINZ and HALF the resources already allocated to Parent my Son made available ASAP.

Ben and his FAMILY are victims of NZFamily Law and Social Policy, currently designed to destroy the **Whole Natural Biological FAMILY**.
He is very much a victim of the weak and floundering NZ so called Men and their FAMILIES movement because of its GateKeepers and deeply feels the lack of support dreadfully.
He has fought bravely for what he believed; in a manner that many found difficult to stand with him accept for his very dear and now quite unwell Dad. Richard, Ben’s Dad, having been an Anglican Minister and a Professor of Mathematics here in Auckland.
Ben’s sideling his most honourable efforts to strengthen the **Whole Natural Biological FAMILY** into leading the charge to defend a Mall not being roaded confuses and saddens me as I believe he really stepped aside of his calling to STAND Strong for FAMILY due to his disappointment in the so called Men and their FAMILIES Movement and is very much a victim of the GateKeepers and White Ants exposed @ http://www.rationshed.wordpress.com
His efforts in the destructive laws around so called anger management and so called Human Rights are outstanding, taking the highest authorities to task in Court, many times. He got nowhere as the system closed in to defend itself. His frontline Activism and Protests are second to none.
I will never forget the Charming Ben and his Dad Richard working tirelessly for **Equal Parenting** signatures the year we stood in front of Auckland’s Albert Street Family Court. The Girls and young women Loved Ben and ALL loved Richard as they fearlessly asked for signatures and got them by the 1000’s.
Ben has been inside as a political prisoner many times as he stood against a system with little support from those who claim to stand Together-4-FAMILY.
I hope Ben does NOT loose it entirely upon this Taser Arrest, rests and joins us back on the front line ASAP because the WORK is far from done.
I also hope the so called NZ Men and their FAMILIES Movement LEARN to Stand in Coalition (Ben was in the original meetings to form a fathers coalition) soon and support one another as the victims are growing.

Protester Benjamin Easton has been arrested after taking a sledgehammer to a central Wellington street this afternoon, causing disruptions as traffic came to a stand still.
Hundreds of people gathered to watch the spectacle on Victoria St at the end of Manners Mall.
Mr Easton, who opposes Manners Mall being converted into a thoroughfare for buses, was walking back and forth in the middle of the street, striking the ground with his sledgehammer.
Cars and buses were unable to get past.
A police officer with a taser demanded Mr Easton drop his sledgehammer, before a group of officers wrestled him to the ground about 4.45pm.
The taser was trained on Mr Easton while he was arrested.
The incident lasted about twenty minutes.
