Abusive and neglectful mothers and fathers who relinquish their parental rights are still obligated to pay child support, according to the West Virginia Supreme Court.
Note: Anything these SOB’s can pull to suck the parents dry…

Another example of a filthy, disgusting foster hell house. This is where children who have been kidnapped and are being “protected” get sent. To live with people who don’t love them, people who are in it for the money, or worse. CPS says they try to put children with relatives, but that is just another lie. CPS is one big lie. Get mad, and do something – before they steal your children. This is new world order tyranny at its worst.
