Tena tatou katoa,

This is to confirm that a protest will be run outside the Palmerston North Court today from 12 noon to 2pm.

After 2pm Benjamin Morland Easton will file for a judicial review relative to the first decision made by the new office of the Legal Complaints Review Officer.

The matter is extraordinary where Easton claims to prove discrimination and bias within the Family Court and that this discrimination is protected by the court system, breaching the fundamental principle of natural justice.

Given that the matters before the court are extreme and for the nature of Easton’s claim inherently against him, this letter is to advise mainstream media, that they too can be complicit in perpetuating discrimination against fatherhood and that actions to suppress these proceedings from the public’s attention should be considered by the public in general as actions confiding with bad faith.

Respectfully,

Benjamin Easton
