2 – Enshrine real **Equal Parenting** within GLOBAL Family Law and Social Policy BEFORE tinkering further with any Law and Social Policy.

**Equal Parenting** NEEDS to be the foundation of any future tinkering with GLOBAL FAMILY Law and Social Policy for there to be any chance of arresting FAMILY Violence, Suicide, and many other disasters that stem from generations of destructive FAMILY Law and Social Policy.

Simply put there would be a lot less to FIGHT about, profit on, or cause litigation or Govt funded Child Snatching.

Be very careful NOT to indulge the Far Right with their version of **Equal Parenting** brought to us by Muriel Newman, Act and many others outside my homeland, New Zealand. If the World does indulge their form of **Equal Parenting** the mid to less fortunate will be worse off as they are with NZLabours so called **Working for FAMILIES** package delivered to us thru WINZ, NZ’s Social Welfare.

3 – Rid ourselves of ALL the Anti-**Whole Natural Biological FAMILY** brigade within New Zealand and GLOBAL Members of Parliaments, Universities, Bureaucracy and even more important, the Men and their FAMILYS movement.

Some personal history which is a reflection of 100’s of thousands of NZFamily’s.

I am by Court Order a **HandsOnEqualParent** by hard won Self Litigation FAMILY Court Orders destroyed by Gender Bias MSD-WINZ never supporting my Son while I tried on a SINGLE PERSONS Invalid Benefit because of Heart, Reflux, and now diabetic, troubles – Yet WINZ supported MOTHER on FULL Domestic Purposes Benefit, (DPB) and still do, including ALL support for our Son yet he was with me Week ABOUT for NINE years.

Let alone the ABUSE from the 6/7 New Zealand GateKeepers-White Ants on MENZ, Paul’s News as I tried to get them to see the damage being done by MSD-CYFS -&- WINZ (New Zealand’s CPS and Social Welfare) to 1000′s of FAMILIES was more damaging than so called Child Support and Family Court put together.

Let alone the even more ABUSE from the NZ 6/7 GateKeepers-White Ants on MENZ and Paul’s News as I tried to get them to see the damage that Muriel Newman’s Far Right version of **Equal Parenting** would do if it became Law. Sadly Jim Bagnall and I had gathered 1000’s of signatures all thru the North Island before we realised the damage this Bill would have done.

YES my relationship with my Son Javan is shaky, but I HOPE and it seems on the mend in spite of, his Mother, her NON CHRISTian religious Church mates and MSD-WINZ efforts to destroy us – He does the lawns here in return for much time on the internet (Checked and securely monitored Daily), good dinners, and Father & Son stuff as we build again and he matures to see the truth of damage forced upon us by those above – How to feed him on my very limited resources, let alone the internet cost I have know idea – Its in Gods hands while we continue the FIGHT with Gender Bias MSD-WINZ to recognize our FAMILY Court Ordered **Equal Parenting** gained in 1997.

Yes many a God centred miracle we lasted 9 years of **Equal Parenting** with NO help from WINZ – NZ Social Welfare, especially after I took sick in mid 2000.

Like 1000’s of other Kiwi’s FAMILIES suffer NZFamily Law, Social Policy, the makers and purveyors of it. Let alone the destructive effects of our so called Men and their FAMILIES Movement made ineffective by the 6/7 GateKeepers -/- White Ants who pontificate in TalkFeasts on the internet from comfortable homes leaving us on the front line to do the hard yards toward change for the better.

Figures that show at least 41 New Zealanders died at the hands of family members in 2009 have been labelled “staggering” by some working to stop family violence.

The Family Violence Death Review Committee issued the figures in its annual report to Parliament. But it says the number could still get higher, as some deaths at the end of the year have not yet been included.

The figure is made up of 16 children, 13 women and 12 men – 10 deaths above the national average of 14 women, six men and 10 children killed each year.

A family violence death is defined as “the unnatural death of a person (adult or child) where the suspected perpetrator is a family or extended family member, caregiver, intimate partner, previous partner of the victim, or previous partner of the victim’s current partner”.

Committee chairwoman Wendy Davis said this was the first year the committee, which was established by the Health Ministry in 2008, had formally provided an official toll. It was a shocking, yet unsurprising, result, she said. “Nobody in New Zealand who works in the family violence area is surprised by these.” The committee planned to analyse each death to highlight “crisis points” where intervention may have been possible, she said. The more information, the better equipped they would be to address the problem, she said. “As a group we are very aware of the complexity of the problem we are helping to try and solve.”

Family violence researcher and campaigner Ruth Herbert, who is a member of the Round Table for Violence Against Women, labelled the figure “staggering”. “To actually hear it as an official number kind of makes me a bit weak at the knees.” Now the information was public it had to be used to make a difference, she said. “This country has to stand up, open its eyes, and realise what’s going on behind closed doors. “We need to take a concerted approach to this. We need to base what we’re doing on evidence. It really needs a family violence programme. It’s all been rather ad hoc to date.” The Family Violence Death Review Committee’s report says it aims to review each death and make recommendations by the end of 2010.

Not even the humidity could dampen the spirits of the thousands of people who “came out” to the biggest event in New Zealand’s gay and lesbian calender.

The annual Big Gay Out saw drag queens, the Prime Minister and supporters of the gay and lesbian community converge on Auckland’s Coyle Park.

Among other things, Key got cosy on stage with performers Buffy and Bimbo.

“It’s great fun. It’s always like this. A day of outrageous costumes, and a lot of fun and frivolity,” Key says.

Teenager helped boy kill himself

A mother has described the actions of a 17-year-old who assisted the suicide of her son as “indescribably cruel”.

Dillon Gargett was sentenced to eight months home detention in the High Court at Christchurch yesterday for assisting in the suicide of 16-year-old Ben Dowdell in Bradford Park, Sydenham, in September last year.

It is one of the first cases of its kind in New Zealand.

After sentencing, Dowdell’s mother, Debbi Close, described Gargett’s actions as “indescribably cruel” and said she did not believe his expressed remorse was genuine.

Legal restrictions mean The Press cannot reveal how the boy committed suicide.

“I think what he did was outrageous and cruel and I don’t believe he’s sorry. I just looked at him [in court] and felt quite sad, for his mother and his father,” Close said.

“I can’t help but be haunted by the fact that Ben probably thought he [Gargett] was going to save him.”

She said Gargett was not her son’s friend.

Close said she had been sure Dillon Gargett would get a jail term, but she was told to prepare for a home-detention sentence.

“But it wasn’t about that. Nothing – even if he got 14 years – would have brought Ben back or made me feel happier. I’m very sad for what we’ve lost,” she said yesterday from her Aidanfield home near Halswell.

Close said her son moved out of her home days after his 16th birthday in March last year.

Although her son had turned 16, he should not have been able to choose where he lived, she said.

“The day he left my care, I could see what was going to happen,” she said.

“I loved him unconditionally. He was a great kid and he was kind, but he was so tortured,” she said.

“He had voices in his head, but he’d put on a smiley face and go off to school. But it was so sad.”

She said Ben’s 16th birthday was on March 10. He left on March 17 “and I never spoke to my son again”.

“It’s like a nightmare, but it’s my life. Ben had his problems, but I was really proud to be my son’s mother and have him for the 16 years,” she said.

“Now [Ben's 13-year-old brother] Hamish is left with nobody.”

Close said Ben “was beautiful and funny and had everything to live for, but he needed help and no-one took him seriously”.

Warren Gargett, Dillon Gargett’s father, was surprised at the sentence.

“It was a wee bit more lenient than we thought he’d get.”

The court heard Gargett had been sought out for advice by Dowdell because it was known he had made a previous attempt on his own life.

On September 2, the day before the suicide, Gargett and a group gathered for a “farewell” party for Dowdell, the court was told.

At the party Dowdell spoke about ending his own life, but none of his friends contacted anyone.

Dowdell then made an unsuccessful attempt on his life.

The group reassembled the next day and went to Bradford Park in Sydenham.

Dowdell made the others leave before he committed suicide.

Gargett looked back and saw what had happened but did not intervene, the court heard.

Dowdell’s father phoned that night asking about his son, but Gargett did not tell him what had happened or where to find him. Dowdell was left dead in the park all night and was discovered by a member of the public the next morning.

Close, reading an emotional victim impact statement, said the family had never received an apology from Gargett.

She said her son had been unable to write because of a medical condition and had learning difficulties. He was “a good and kind soul” who was often bullied at school.

“Even when he was experiencing daily physical attacks he would still go to school with a smile on his face.”

She said he was very unstable mentally at the time he had a party to say goodbye to his friends.

She tried everything to make his life better and was devastated to think that he felt he was such a failure, she said.

“I think the most important thing is that he knew how much he was loved, and knew I was proud to be his mother.”

Gargett was arrested a fortnight after the suicide. His bail was then revoked because he continued committing offences, and then because of concerns about his own safety he was sent to the at-risk unit.

Defence counsel David Ruth said both young men had found themselves “in very distressed circumstances” and said Gargett was regretful and remorseful about his actions.

Crown prosecutor Claire Boshier said Gargett had the opportunity to say what was happening and get help, but had not done so.

There was cruelty in not telling Dowdell’s father what had happened to his son.

Justice Graham Panckhurst told Gargett: “Your victim was a young man who had a life before him, but for the moment could not see his way through his personal problems, and as a result was clearly in despair and it seems he was determined to take his own life.”

“Anyone with a sense of judgment would have seen that his life would have improved.”

He could not understand why Gargett had not spoken out and got help for his friend.

“I think there is something in Mr Ruth’s suggestion that you were probably sought out for advice on account of your previous experience in relation to this insidious thing of youth suicide.”

He imposed an eight-month home detention sentence, saying he hoped the four months already spent in custody in the at-risk unit at Christchurch Men’s Prison would have a lasting effect on him.

He imposed special conditions that Gargett undertake counselling, and consider the restorative justice process so he could meet the victim’s family.

Charges in the District Court of being found unlawfully in a yard and being an unlicensed driver were dealt with by convictions and discharges later in the day.

Name suppression was refused as Justice Panckhurst said the case was so serious it precluded it.

The Working Party on Suicide, a father’s coalition, Republicans, Ration Shed and other

concerned citizens are calling for an Inquiry into suicide.

The Skeleton Suicide Petition has met with much personal trauma and a suprising level of concern about male suicide and the thousands of fatherless children.

The Governments Suicide Plan Committee Report avoids the real issues claim the Skeleton Suicide activists who are petitioning in Auckland on Saturday the 20th and

Sunday the 21st of February. They want the shock horror of suicide honestly

addressed and properly resourced with neccessary social policy and law changes

around separartion and gender equality.

On Saturday 20th the Skeleton Suicide Petition will be at Henderson Mall at

10am and the North Shore Mall at 1pm. On Sunday 21st the signature gathering

continues at Newmarket Center at 10am and Manukau Mall at 1pm. The call for an

Inquiry into suicide will be at the Prime Ministers house in Parnell at 4pm.

–                               Why did we allowed the HelenGRAD – Labour (FemiNazi and sexually deviant driven Godless Socialism – Bugger the **Whole NATURAL Biological FAMILIES**) members of Parliament to promote those who destroy our **Whole NATURAL Biological FAMILIES** in Law and Social Policy? – For the first year of Labours POWER I and many others, asked politely, exploring ALL normal channels, for a deep look into ALL that destroys our FAMILIES – They DID NOT respond constructively so a father’s coalition BOTHERED some of those leading the destruction of our FAMILIES at their front gates. The Speaker of the House and Attorney General, Margaret Wilson, tried to lock me up using corrupt POLICE and Judiciary. She would have succeeded had my Lawyer not been keenly astute and exposed and embarrassed the POLICE and Judicial set-up and forced the POLICE to withdrawn their trumped-up illegal charge and threat to freedom of speech.

–                               Why can Bureaucrats abuse their discretionary power over FAMILIES and those who love them and get away with it? - Just ONE of 1000’s of examples – WINZ (NZ Social Welfare) refused to recognize our FAMILY Court Ordered Equal Parenting for the whole 9 years I tried to bring up my Son on a well documented and deserved SINGLE persons Invalid Benefit with NO support for Child resources while Mother had a week off per fortnight on FULL DPB with ALL Child resources.

–                               The majority of so called CHRISTian Churches have failed the Paternal FAMILY and thus ALL FAMILIES.  

–                               Women who claim to know Men and feed back to the FemiNazi have been promoted by Men – Julie Knows.  

–                               Men who have seemingly been successful in academia and business who are affected by the theories of Evolution, leading to FemiNazi attitudes during their education and formative years have been promoted by Men thus creating mostly Blind, Arrogant, Traitorous, Godless, LEADERSHIP.  

–                               The majority of Men are not being heard by Government and other Men – Men in the street, Men Busking, Men bringing up Families, Men suffering the results of injustice, Men suffering violent partners, Men falsely accused of sexual misconduct, Men that have lost their way because of Injustice, now sleeping under/on park benches, some so weighted down they commit suicide.  

–                               Most of the main so called Internet Men’s groups are controlled by gatekeepers that are guilty and thus maintain the above. Having set-up advice groups to lead the latest victims of NZ FAMILY Law and Social Policy deeper into its destructive grip.
