Re Geoffrey Hibbert, waiting sentence in Wormwood Scrubs Prison for standing on a bridge to bring attention for the rights to see his child.
Dear Mr Greenwood,
Can I please inform you, that if fathers and grandparents world wide where given a voice and rights to have access to their children, then people such as Geoffrey Hibbert would not have to protest as he did?
Do you really believe a law abiding tax paying man would break the law?
(Break the law is debatable in this issue.) are you also not aware that Mr Hibbert has paid over £25.000 of his hard earned legal money to Solicitors and Courts, so he may have the right to see his daughter, so where was the law for him, oh sorry it was the money that was important. Must pay the wages bills.
The sadness is ,that people such as your self who sit in judgment, with no disrespects to you, just have no idea of the internal wars when a man and women who have loved, bore children, then fall out of love, and due to a system and laws that needs change, gives no rights to dads or grandparents.
The law seems to always be in favour of the mother to bring up the children, 9/10 mothers will not give the father/grandparents access to see the children, many children are bought up with lies and deceit, due to the internal wars made by many mothers of their hatred of the ex partner.
I will make you aware that kids today are one of the biggest money making industries in the world. I know I have the research on this issue. A foster parent can earn a monthly salary of £2.800 that’s for starts, then go to the adoption agencies, now we are talking big money, then if a dad or grandparent wants rights to see a child, let’s go to the Solicitor, his staff, then the Courts, the courts staff, the Judge and you guys are not cheap, add on Social Services and many other Government bodies in the system, now we are talking Millions of pounds Don’t forget Mr Hibbert has paid in excess of £25.000. We are suppose to live in a free society, so I am not saying I am telling you, that when Geoffrey Hibbert appears in front of you for sentencing, that you take a long hard look at a law abiding man who loves his child and just wants justice to see his child. Do not give him a prison sentence because he stopped traffic, the system stopped him seeing his child, and cost him over £25.000. Which is and was more important, love of a child or love of cars. You think about it.
